Eljay Research Ltd, the research company responsible for the fieldwork and analysis of the Council's Residents' Survey,
presented an outline of the survey results to the Parish Council at its latest meeting. Nearly 450 completed surveys were received or about 1 in 3 households. The researchers were amazed to find that 97% of residents were satisfied or very satisfied with living in the Parish. Not only had the researchers never seen such a high figure before, it compares very favourably to the equivalent figure for the whole of Northumberland (77%). The Council will examine the report in depth and use it as a basis to develop the Parish Council Plan. Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. There will be more to say about it in due course but for those who are interested in reading it, the final report can be found by clicking here.
