The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of every month (except August when no meeting is held) or on the second Monday of any month where the first Monday is a Bank Holiday. All residents are welcome to attend each meeting and time is always set aside at the beginning of the meeting for members of the public to raise issues that concern them.
The agenda for the next meeting will be posted on this page during the week before the meeting, together with the meeting papers in respect of non-confidential matters.
Meetings start at 7.30pm and are normally held in the Community Centre, Mount View Terrace, Stocksfield. In view of the current restrictions imposed to minimise the spread of Covid-19, all Council meetings are currently being held remotely and are being streamed live on the Council's Facebook page. Members of the press and public are therefore able to view and listen to the meetings online. Where a resident wishes to raise a matter for discussion under the 'public participation' item, they must notify the Clerk by email at least three hours before the advertised start of the meeting with full details to enable the subject to be considered by the Council.
