At their December meeting, the annual precept for 2015/16 was agreed by Parish Councillors. The precept has been set at £76,270, a rise of 3.76% from the current financial year. Councillors accepted the need to restrict spending in times of austerity but also recognised that the levels of services provided by the Parish Council needed to be maintained whilst also ensuring the provision of adequate reserves. The rise equates to an annual increase of £2.15 on a band D house.
